Accordingly, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province said that from the beginning of the year to the reporting time, the whole province attracted 25 non-budget investment projects with a total registered investment capital of about 50,654.79 billion VND; adjusted to increase capital for 16 projects with a total registered investment capital increase of about 2,661.36 billion VND; revoked 5 projects with a total registered investment capital of 5,346.4 billion VND.
Currently, investors are actively accelerating the implementation progress of a number of large-scale projects such as: Cam Ranh Bay Urban Area Project; KN Paradise Resort and Entertainment Complex; Vinhomes Happy Home Social Housing Project in Cam Nghia Ward; Dien Khanh District Administrative Urban Area.
For the project group that signed a memorandum of understanding at the conference announcing the planning and investment promotion of Khanh Hoa province in 2023 and key projects calling for investment, up to now, the procedures for approving investment policies for 2 projects have been completed, including: International hospital project; Co Ma high-end new urban area project.
Along with that, there are 10 projects that are continuing to implement investment policy approval procedures, including: Technology urban area project in Phuoc Dong - Vinh Thai commune, Nha Trang city; International inter-level school project in Nha Trang city - Khanh Hoa province; Social housing project meeting green building standards in Nha Trang city; Vinh Luong solid waste treatment plant project; KN Cam Ranh passenger port project (Cam Ranh international marina); Dam Mon high-end new urban area project; Tu Bong high-end new urban area project; High-end resort and entertainment complex project with Hon Lon golf course; Project of mixed-use high-end service, tourism and entertainment complex in Khai Luong mountain.
