Accordingly, this urban area will be bid to select investors. The project's objective is to invest in the construction of an urban area with synchronous mixed-use functions, including: Technical infrastructure system; commercial housing; service works, resort tourism, tourist accommodation facilities in the form of rental, lease-purchase or sale. The project also invests in public works, services for residential units and urban areas such as: Schools, commercial centers, cultural houses, museums, etc. The land use scale for the project is about 26.7 hectares, the population size is about 20,000 people. The total investment of the project is about 17,330 billion VND. Of which, the cost of site clearance is about 1,060 billion VND. The project implementation progress is expected to be 6 years, from the fourth quarter of 2024 to the fourth quarter of 2030. The project's operating period is 50 years.
