The house has two floors, built on a 78 m2 plot of land, measuring 6x13 m, in Da Nang City.

The west-facing facade makes the house exposed to harsh sunlight in the afternoon. To overcome this, the architect chose to use tiled roofs and sunshades, which are both classic and help reduce heat. The light blue walls on the outside also help create a cooling effect, reducing the feeling of heat. In addition, large windows and ventilation slots are reasonably arranged to welcome natural light and wind.

The house is designed with many green areas inside and outside. In particular, the garden is arranged along the balcony and terrace, combined with green areas inside the house, bringing a cool living space.

In front of the house is a small fish pond, not only does it highlight the facade, the sound of trickling water brings a sense of relaxation to each member when returning home.

The glass wall system on the facade also helps optimize the ability to get light for the hallway.

Construction section. 

The living room and kitchen are adjacent to each other, creating an open space, allowing members to easily connect with each other. The furniture in the living room and kitchen is chosen in a minimalist, convenient style.

From the entrance door, window frames to the partitions inside the house, all are designed with curves. The combination of gentle curves and surrounding green spaces helps the house always feel comfortable.

The bedrooms are on the second floor, increasing privacy.

The house is always filled with natural light thanks to the skylight system, windows and ventilation slots.
