The two-storey house was built on a 180 m2 plot of land in Vinh Phuc.

The owner is a nature lover and wants to own a green living space, both for relaxation and business. From the initial rough handover state of the project, the team of architects designed it in an open direction, with functional rooms surrounded by green spaces, directly connected to the outside.

The Indian Chrysanthemum curtain has few leaves, is easy to trim, requires no care, helps block the sun and brings cool air to the inside of the house. The garden grows popular shrubs including bird of paradise, rattan, pothos, cycads, Japanese grass... and flowers such as bougainvillea and roses.

The 15 m2 outdoor swimming pool helps regulate humidity and reduce temperature differences between seasons and day and night. This is also the owner's relaxation and resort area.

Regarding the interior space, the house is designed in a simple block shape, taking advantage of natural features such as cross ventilation, passive cooling and natural light.

The glass door system is installed instead of concrete walls, creating many diverse views from inside to outside, helping to distribute light to every corner of the house.

On the first floor, the living room, kitchen and dining room are designed seamlessly, connecting the spaces. Large glass doors are arranged to look out onto the garden, creating a feeling of blurring the boundary between inside and outside. When needed, the dark-toned curtains that match the interior are pulled back to increase privacy.

The spacious kitchen has a skylight and island for convenient cooking.

The interior uses a variety of materials, with dark tones as the main color to increase luxury.

The bedrooms are located on the second floor to increase the sense of privacy. The interior is simple, with the main tones of white and red.
