The homeowner wishes to own a new home with a large common space for the whole family to gather together. The team of architects chose the European-American Country style as the main design inspiration for the apartment, aiming to bring a warm and gentle space.

Before the renovation, the old apartment had many problems such as a heavy lobby with an old design, low cabinets, and lack of storage space. The kitchen had a low ceiling due to the old attic, making the space dark and stuffy.

The bathroom was degraded and no longer met the needs of use. The wooden floor was damaged and needed to be replaced.

The architect rearranged the apartment's functions so that the common spaces are seamless. The living room, dining room, and kitchen have almost no partitions, making the space airy and less limited in view. Meanwhile, the private spaces focus on being spacious and airy, with lots of natural light.

The apartment renovation took 6 months, costing about 4 billion VND.

Common areas such as living room, kitchen - dining room... are all connected and airy. In addition, the architect also arranged a large enough relaxation area, near the common space, so that parents can see their children playing while sitting in the living room or cooking in the kitchen.

The double arch system with one side leading to the lobby, expanding the view and connecting to the quiet area, the other side is the altar, ensuring solemnity.

The relaxation area is located opposite the dining table, next to the living room, renovated from an old loggia.

The dining area has a European and American style, the focal point is a large dining table with 8 chairs, crafted from American oak.

This space is decorated with many items with a country spirit such as landscape paintings printed on paper, hand-painted ceramic vases with floral motifs or classic chandeliers...

The kitchen space becomes airy and filled with light thanks to the complete removal of the loft of the old apartment. The kitchen cabinet system is also designed with many compartments and doors, helping to increase storage space.

The sink is placed in the window area, a common design in European and American houses.

The apartment lobby was completely renovated, removing the old heavy details first. The lobby was designed with a large shoe cabinet and comfortable seating. On the opposite side was a large mirror so that people could adjust their clothes before leaving the house.

The arched area of ​​the lobby is also the separation between two static and dynamic spaces in the house, including the common living area and the bedrooms of family members.

The foyer is equipped with a console table, decorative items, paintings and spotlights. This place is like a miniature lobby, creating privacy before entering the space inside the bedroom.

The master bedroom is designed with full amenities, ensuring functionality for the homeowner.

Spacious bed, bedside table, dressing table, armchair... are all crafted from imported materials. The design, material and pattern bring a sense of lightness.

The sink was moved outside the changing area, making room for a shower and large bathtub as desired by the homeowner.

The girl's bedroom has a cream-blue color scheme. The design is not too sophisticated, but the furniture and colors are all geared towards comfort and convenience.

The shared bathroom is renovated with a shower area and toilet separated by two glass walls.

The bedroom for two boys is simply designed but fully equipped with a double desk, bed and ceiling-to-ceiling wardrobe system.
