A proud pioneer journey from the early days

As soon as the Law on Private Enterprises was enacted and took effect on April 15, 1991, it created a legal foundation for the transition from a state-owned and collective economy to a multi-sector market economy. On September 18, 1992, Thanh Nhon Company Limited - the predecessor of Novaland Group - was established, becoming one of the first private enterprises in Vietnam.

From the very beginning, we have contributed to the country's development through a joint venture with a Philippine enterprise to establish the Bio Pharmachemie veterinary medicine factory. This not only helped to shift from import to export, but also brought valuable foreign currency to the country.

In the 90s, Novaland Group was one of the pioneering enterprises in meeting very new needs, building villas in Thao Dien, District 2, serving foreigners coming to work in Ho Chi Minh City. And that was also the generation of experts, diplomats, the first foreign investors to come to Ho Chi Minh City and to Vietnam in the early stages of the country's renovation...

Continuing to develop strongly in the field of Real Estate, Novaland Group invested in building a series of projects: Sunrise City, The Prince Residence, Lexington Residence, LakeView City, The Sun Avenue... and then the big cities: Aqua City, NovaWorld Phan Thiet, NovaWorld Ho Tram...
