People's Committees of communes and wards must strictly manage the operation of temporary parking lots; increase inspection forces, guide vehicles in and out properly to avoid traffic congestion, ensure security and order, environmental sanitation and fire prevention and fighting at temporary parking lots.

Previously, the Provincial People's Committee issued a document requesting the Department of Transport, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and the Nha Trang City People's Committee to promptly complete procedures to exploit unused land funds for temporary parking lots in the city. Nha Trang aims to meet the requirements of socio-economic development and the needs of the people. Accordingly, while waiting for the completion of investment procedures for parking lots in Nha Trang City according to the planning approved by competent authorities, the Provincial People's Committee agrees in principle to let Nha Trang City People's Committee borrow land plots managed by the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to organize temporary parking lots for public purposes to reduce traffic congestion in the city. Nha Trang City People's Committee, after receiving the land plots from the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, must urgently organize and approve a plan for the management and exploitation of temporary parking lots to ensure security, order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, etc.
