Up to this point, nearly 3,000 athletes have registered to participate in the tournament, of which many clubs have a large number of registered athletes. Notably, the Sanvinest club with 320 athletes, followed by the Nha Trang Runner club with 206 athletes, the Loan club connecting teams with 98 athletes, the Cam Ranh Runner club... It is known that the youngest runner registered to participate in the first night run held in Nha Trang is Nguyen Phuc Quynh Anh (7 years old), the oldest runner is Ms. Nguyen Thi Nam (79 years old).

And to prepare for the tournament, these days, on all the coastal roads of Nha Trang, from Tran Phu, Pham Van Dong to Ba Lang, Bai Tien areas... runners are actively training, ready for experiences and conquests.

Present on the coastal road of Nguyen Co Thach at 6:00 p.m. on a day in early November, we recorded about 10 athletes of Nha Trang Runner club actively training to prepare for the tournament. An interesting thing is that the training of this group of athletes is carried out in a methodical, professional manner according to the instructions and lesson plans of the coach. According to Mr. Nguyen Vinh Thien - Coach, in charge of the running group, the difference between the night race and the regular races (during the day) is the change in biological rhythm. And if the runners do not have the training, prepare a thorough physical foundation, and adapt to the change in running environment, it will be a big challenge.

It is known that all preparations, operations, and organization of the tournament have been basically completed, ready to welcome the runners. The tournament will officially start on December 24, at Nha Trang April 2 Square with two distances of 5km and 10km.

According to the schedule, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on December 14, the Organizing Committee will distribute racekits to athletes. During this time, at April 2 Square, athletes, residents and visitors to the event will be able to visit, shop and participate in activities at booths organized by sponsors and partners. From 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., the tournament will officially open, and at exactly 7:00 p.m., athletes will enter the competition. From 9:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., the Organizing Committee will close the race tracks for all distances, then conduct a summary, closing ceremony and awarding prizes to athletes with outstanding achievements. The tournament is expected to end at 10:00 p.m. Regarding the route, for the 10 km distance (starting at 7:00 p.m.), athletes will start at April 2 Square, run straight along the Tran Phu - Pham Van Dong coastal road to the Pham Van Dong - Cu Chi intersection, and turn around to the finish line at April 2 Square; for the 5 km distance (starting at 7:30 p.m.), athletes will start at April 2 Square, run straight along the Tran Phu coastal road to the middle of Tran Phu bridge, and turn around to the finish line at April 2 Square.

Regarding the prize structure, for each competition distance, the Organizing Committee will award first, second, and third prizes (rewards include: cash, certificates of merit, and attractive gifts from sponsors and companions). In addition, the Organizing Committee will also award the Cosplay prize (for athletes with the most beautiful and impressive competition costumes based on online voting via the competition fanpage) with attractive gifts.
