For land for headquarters and administrative areas in the central area of ​​sub-area A, the maximum aggregate construction density is 40%, maximum height of 24 floors. The total area of ​​land for agencies and headquarters is about 15.44 hectares, accounting for 3.83% of the research area.

In addition, a new end-line general hospital will be built in this area in the central area of ​​sub-area A and medical examination facilities serving residential units.
