Masterise Homes hands over pink books to residents of Lumière Riverside

The first 50 pink books were handed over to residents by Masterise Homes on the morning of August 24, just 8 months after handing over the Lumière Riverside apartments.

Masterise Homes organized a ceremony to hand over the pink books to the first 50 households at the lobby of Lumière Riverside tower, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City. The event marked a new milestone for the project when handing over the pink books as committed, ensuring legal ownership, just 8 months after the apartments were delivered to residents. According to the announcement from the project developer, Lumière Riverside currently has an occupancy rate of 92%.

Mr. Duy - a resident of Lumière Riverside, is one of the first to receive the apartment pink books. He assessed that Masterise Homes' projects attract buyers thanks to their brand, financial capacity, legality and guarantee of residents' rights.
