The bedroom and bathroom are located at the back to create privacy. The master bedroom has minimalist furniture. The children's bedroom has a bunk bed to optimize the usable area.

Construction materials

The house uses a single foundation, the truss (part of the roof structure) is square iron. The roof can be tiled or corrugated iron.

The middle yard space has many green trees to create the feeling of a tropical garden. There is an anti-theft net above, which also helps climbing plants grow well.

Cost

The estimated cost of building the house is about 650 million VND excluding interior. The difference between tile roof material and corrugated iron roof is nearly 100 million VND. It is possible to use tile roof material to cover the facade, both creating uniqueness and saving money.

The interior can be invested in an additional 100-200 million VND, depending on the budget and requirements of the homeowner.
