According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Thanh, Director of Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism, this is a unified information channel, focusing on supporting destination information for tourists, allowing information connection with other information systems and social networks to support tourists.
The establishment of the Center aims to connect tourists, tourism businesses and state management agencies, thereby improving the quality of tourism services, contributing to promoting the sustainable and effective development of the local tourism industry.
When accessing the above address, tourists can look up the list of accommodation establishments, travel agencies; choose restaurants, entertainment venues, shopping spots and other tourism products; learn about festivals, cultural events, famous historical and cultural relics of Khanh Hoa province and many other utilities.
The highlight of this tourist information and support center information page is that it is displayed in dozens of popular languages or languages of countries with many tourists coming to Khanh Hoa.
