Of the total 102 planning projects being implemented, there are 3 general planning projects; 2 projects adjusting the general planning locally; 1 district construction planning project; 70 zoning planning projects; 24 projects adjusting the general planning of communes in Khanh Vinh, Khanh Son, Dien Khanh districts, etc.

It is expected that in 2024, the whole province will have about 48/102 approved general urban planning projects, district planning projects, zoning planning projects and adjustments to the general planning of communes.

At the meeting, Mr. Tran Hoa Nam - Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches, sectors and localities to urge and accelerate the progress of establishing and adjusting the general planning, district planning and zoning planning in the province. In particular, Khanh Son district and Ninh Hoa town urgently complete the procedures to submit to competent authorities for approval of district planning and general planning.

Van Phong Economic Zone Management Board and Nha Trang City People's Committee focus on completing documents and procedures to submit to competent authorities for approval of 21 zoning plans according to the proposed plan.

Accordingly, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee requests the Department of Construction, Nha Trang City People's Committee, and Dien Khanh District People's Committee to urgently implement the direction of the Provincial People's Committee (Official Dispatch No. 9812/UBND-XDND dated September 5, 2024, Official Dispatch No. 10648/UBND-XDND dated September 24, 2024), speed up the progress of adjusting the zoning plans in Nha Trang City and Dien Khanh District (including the land reserve fund for the Research and Training Center and the arrangement of the sports complex in the western area of ​​Nha Trang City, which has been approved in principle by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in Official Dispatch No. 3497-CV/TU dated August 27, 2024).

Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee requested to promptly complete the projects and submit them to competent authorities for appraisal and approval in the first quarter of 2025, ensuring the synchronization of planning projects and compliance with legal regulations, as a legal basis for implementing projects in accordance with regulations.
