Hoang Quan Real Estate Consulting - Trading - Service Joint Stock Company (stock code HQC - HoSE) has just announced that the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Khanh Hoa province has approved the Social Housing project - Bac Vinh Hai residential area (HQC Nha Trang) of the company to be eligible for granting Certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land to buyers of apartments in this project.

The HQC Nha Trang Social Housing project is built on a land area of ​​about 1 hectare in Vinh Hoa ward, Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province. The project has 04 blocks with a total of 1,002 apartments. Hoang Quan Real Estate has invested a total of 700 billion VND in this project.

The project will be completed and handed over in 2020. Hoang Quan Real Estate is also submitting documents to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Land Registration Office to complete the issuance of certificates to residents of the project this year.

Previously, in early August 2024, Hoang Quan Real Estate announced that 171 apartments in blocks 3C and 3D of the Tan Huong Industrial Park Social Housing Project (HQC Tan Huong) were recognized by the Department of Construction of Tien Giang province as eligible for sale and lease-purchase of future housing.

The HQC Tan Huong Social Housing Project has a total area of ​​1.4 hectares in Tan Huong commune, Chau Thanh district, Tien Giang province; adjacent to Tan Huong Industrial Park (197 hectares) and Long Giang Industrial Park (540 hectares).

This project has 04 blocks from 5 to 10 floors and 02 auxiliary blocks with a total of 629 apartments, with a total investment of about 559 billion VND.

Hoang Quan Real Estate is known as a pioneer in the field of investment and development of social housing and housing for workers in the South. Mr. Truong Anh Tuan - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hoang Quan Real Estate said that up to now, the company has deployed the construction of a chain of 24 social housing projects with more than 35,000 social housing products and housing for workers to settle down and start a business.

Hoang Quan Real Estate has recently registered to implement 50,000 social housing apartment products from 2022 to 2030 to accompany the Government's goal of developing 1 million social housing units. Accordingly, the company aims to complete and hand over at least 5,000 social housing units each year from now until 2030.

In terms of business results, in the first 6 months of this year, Hoang Quan Real Estate recorded VND359 billion in net revenue and VND12.5 billion in net profit, respectively 2.4 times and 5.4 times higher than the same period last year.

This year, the company has set a business plan with a revenue target of VND2,000 billion, 6.8 times higher than in 2023. If successful, this will be a record high revenue for Hoang Quan Real Estate since its listing on HoSE in 2010. Correspondingly, the expected after-tax profit is VND100 billion, 20 times higher than last year, and also the highest profit in the past 9 years of the company.

Thus, Hoang Quan Real Estate has only completed 13% of the annual profit target.
