According to the report, at the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot expressway project, the Ninh Hoa town People's Committee has approved the transfer of 84 batches to the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, with a total of 846/1,043 cases paid so far, reaching 81.11%, corresponding to an area of 180.68/228.17ha, reaching 79.18%, with a disbursement value of VND 253.76 billion. The Ninh Hoa town land fund development center has handed over 28.17/31.5km of land to the investor, reaching 89.42%. Currently, the site clearance work is still facing difficulties in some sections due to housing problems and lack of resettlement, causing the disbursement progress to be slow.
At the Van Phong - Nha Trang Expressway Project, the site clearance work has basically been completed for the main route, but there is still 1.4 km that cannot be constructed due to technical infrastructure and site clearance problems in some local locations. After a meeting with the working group on October 1, Ninh Hoa Town People's Committee directed units to focus on completing the stages to ensure the progress of power cut and connection as planned, in order to promptly relocate the grid infrastructure and hand over the site to the construction unit.
Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoa Nam requested Ninh Hoa Town People's Committee to develop a compensation and resettlement plan for households, and at the same time mobilize and explain to get people's consent. Regarding the land price list, the Town People's Committee needs to invite a consulting unit to re-determine the price according to the new regulations.
In addition, the Town People's Committee must establish a detailed schedule for the relocation of technical infrastructure of the Van Phong - Nha Trang expressway project and the compensation and resettlement plan of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot expressway project. After completion, the plans must be sent to the Departments of Industry and Trade, Transport and Natural Resources and Environment for comments. During the implementation process, if any problems arise, the Town People's Committee must promptly notify the working group for resolution.
