The three-storey house is built on a Y-shaped plot of land, located in an alley in Go Vap District (HCMC). This is the home of a family of two generations.

The main function of the house includes 3 floors of living space and a terrace. Each floor serves different purposes and needs, designed based on the "lens" and personality of the residents.

The facade shows strength, with straight lines, stepped from the main door to the balcony of each floor.

The protruding corridors are designed to open up to the common living areas inside, allowing members to conveniently move around, exchange and chat.

The opening and closing features on the facade are flexibly shaped into many different types of balconies, with additional green areas, creating ventilation slots into the building.

The glass walls below the skylight, in blue and yellow according to the children's preferences, are stacked alternately on top of each other, stretching across two vertical surfaces, helping to bring sunlight into the building.

The interior is designed with inspiration from mother's favorite patterns and blue color and father's display preferences. Open wall shelves are arranged alternately in the space.

The common living space through the perspective of the father - who likes to display collectibles such as wine, antiques, bonsai... from the dining area to the living room. Therefore, from the facade to the interior, high-quality wood, leather or glass and stone materials are used to create a luxurious look.

Due to the Y-shaped land, the common living spaces, although located on the same floor, are still separate, ensuring the necessary privacy.

The kitchen is designed through the mother's "lens", connected to the dining area, with open windows for ventilation and air circulation.

The master bedroom has a glass system that looks out, so the homeowner can easily observe and greet guests.

The bathroom is compact and airy thanks to the connection to the space below the skylight.
