The functional rooms are conveniently arranged for movement and use, meeting the family's living, resting and entertainment needs.

The house has a scale of 4 floors, built on a 36 m2 plot of land in a crowded residential area in Da Nang City.

The construction area of less than 34 m2 poses a big challenge when designing, in order to maximize the space and ensure all the necessary functions for the family. The proposed solution is to arrange compact functional rooms suitable for the needs of use, convenient for moving and meeting the living, resting and entertainment needs of the members.

To overcome the disadvantages of lack of light and poor air circulation of townhouses, the facade is maximized to open windows directly connecting to the outside. Meanwhile, the perforated wall system and green trees act as a dust and noise filter and keep the interior space private.

The entrance door leads directly to a lobby and living room. To ensure privacy, the living room window is arranged with a small garden.

On the first floor, the living room and kitchen - dining room are designed to be connected, to optimize space, increase connection and interaction between family members.

The kitchen and dining area is located at the end of the land, with a small skylight added for light.

Bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, optimizing privacy for the family.

Despite the small size, all bedrooms have windows for light and air circulation.

The office is always bright enough thanks to being located next to a large window, with additional green areas to help increase the feeling of lightness and relaxation.

The bathroom has additional windows for light and ventilation.

The entertainment area is located on the upper floors, allowing families to enjoy relaxing time and watch the street below.

The laundry area is located on the 4th floor, always airy thanks to its proximity to the skylight.

The project was completed in 4.5 months, the cost was not disclosed.
