On the morning of October 9, Anex Vietnam Trade and Tourism Company Limited organized a seminar to introduce Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa tourism with tourism businesses from Phu Quoc and Phan Thiet to 150 leading sales agents from Kazakhstan and CIS countries (Commonwealth of Independent States established after the collapse of the Soviet Union).
This is a B2B activity ("Business to Business", used to refer to the form of business between businesses) to create opportunities for tourism businesses and hotels in Nha Trang, Phan Thiet, Phu Quoc to directly introduce unique products and services to optimize sales efficiency for the 2024 - 2025 tourist season and the following years.
Throughout the program in Vietnam, the delegation will survey tourism businesses and some new tourist and entertainment destinations in Nha Trang and Phu Quoc with the aim of exploring tourism potential, building suitable tourism programs and increasing the number of visitors from Kazakhstan and CIS countries to Nha Trang.
Mr. Bui Quoc Dai - Deputy Director of Anex Vietnam Operations Department - said that the company has been operating charter flights from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan to Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa with a frequency of 5 - 6 flights/week, bringing the total number of tourists in this area to more than 75,000 visitors.

According to Ms. Le Thi Quyen - Sales Director of Ibis Style Nha Trang - the Central Asian tourist market is a potential market, the arrival of tourists from this region to Nha Trang is also a great opportunity to promote tourism products, thereby adjusting the forms of service, cuisine and pricing policies to suit this market.
Mr. Alex Maximov - Customer Relationship Management Expert, Deniz Tour Company (Kazakhstan) - commented that the Vietnamese tourism market has similarities with the Thai tourism market, in which cuisine is a great advantage of Vietnam in attracting tourists from the Central Asian region.
"The time when our tourists want to come to Vietnam is in winter, with many strengths in tourism services. I hope that after this field trip, our business customers in particular and the tourism community in Kazakhstan in general will know more about Vietnam, and your country will be a favorite destination for our tourists in the future" - Mr. Alex shared.
