The apartment has an area of ​​110 m2, located in an apartment building in Ho Chi Minh City. The main functions include a living room, kitchen - dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The project is designed in the wabi sabi style but with variations in the use of colors, materials and interior details. Instead of using rustic materials, neutral colors, not too eye-catching, the architect chose to combine a series of sparkling materials such as scratched gold-plated stainless steel, water-wave stainless steel panels, translucent glass bricks, patterned tiles... The prominent earthy orange tone is used as the accent color.

Typical details of wabi sabi such as concrete paint to create an old effect, natural bloodstone, wood color, antique paint... are still combined to maintain the characteristics of this style.

The kitchen and dining area are connected to the living room area, creating a spacious feeling, helping the homeowner to live conveniently. With the need for more space, the architect took advantage of the entire loggia to create a kitchen area.

The two bedrooms are arranged with beds next to the windows and against the walls to maximize usable space.

The bathroom has the same color tone as the bedroom, arranged at different floor levels and integrated as a place for the washer and dryer.

The bedroom is designed in color tones according to each member's preferences.

All bedrooms have balconies or windows to optimize natural light.

The project was completed in about 2.5 months, the cost was not disclosed.
